We know your time is valuable — and a little prep now keeps your spa move safe, smooth, and free of avoidable charges.
All we need from you is a tape measure, a few photos, and a quick call. Some of this applies to every move — some won’t — but please read it carefully.
Need an Estimate?
- Measure the spa with the cover off (example: 84" × 90" × 36" high).
- Include the brand and age if you know it.
- Then call (541) 787‑1191 so we can discuss access.
- We cannot quote by text or email — spa moves are too complex for that.
- No forms — just read this, take notes, and call.

Access — Fast Overview:
- Access must be safe and reasonable — we don’t move spas at any or all costs. Dangerous terrain may require a crane or contractor.
- Your site must be clear, and the spa must be drained and the electric disconnected before we arrive. We cannot perform electrical services.
- We usually park on the street or driveway — not right next to the spa.
- Gates must be 35" wide or 1" wider than the spa is tall (without the cover). Watch for gate hardware, the actual rough opening must be 35" minimum or 1" wider than the spa will be on it's side.
- Our equipment is six feet longer than most spas and ADDS FIVE INCHES to the spa’s height when on its side — overhead clearance matters.
- We need 18" of space on at least three sides. Photos help with exceptions.
- We do not lift spas over fences, railings, or obstacles — ever.
- We do not lift spas out of decks or holes — or place them into them — ever.
- We do not move 'free' or very cheap spas listed on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist without 50% of the estimate amount paid up front. We will explain why when you call. There may be exceptions.
- Tight turns don’t work — our Spa Kart is 12 feet long. Straight or gently curving paths are usually fine. If you can drive a riding lawnmower around the corner, it's likely fine. We will need pictures!
- Dirt, grass, and normal gravel are fine. Deep pea gravel or very soft ground may need plywood.
- Electrical must be disconnected by the homeowner — we cannot perform electrical work.
- Any steps, curbs, rocks, ties, trees, sheds, or low overhangs require photos sent ahead.
If in doubt, send photos — we’ll respond quickly.
Avoidable Additional Charges:
Help keep your cost down:
- Not reasonably drained: +$50
- Foul water: Must be treated with bleach 24 hours ahead — or +$50 (We may refuse the job).
- Water‑logged covers (150+ lbs): +$50 and may be damaged due to weight
- Animal droppings in the pathway: +$50 for equipment cleaning (We will likely refuse the job).
With good information and a prepared site, we’ll handle your move with a cheerful attitude and reliable service — and your prep helps keep your cost at or below the estimate.
